You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Sale items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Final sale items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
- First-order returns: We offer complimentary return shipping on your first Studio Luho order.
- Subsequent returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty (e.g., a manufacturing defect) or incorrect due to a fulfilment error (e.g., wrong size or style sent), we will cover return shipping costs. Please note: Variations in colour due to screen displays or sizing/fit issues do not qualify as incorrect orders.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure your item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is deemed faulty. For change of size or colour, please follow the standard returns process and place a new order for your preferred item. If your original purchase was your first Studio Luho order, return shipping remains complimentary. For any questions, contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au.
Faulty Items
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Items damaged due to regular wear and tear or improper care are not considered faulty. Faulty items are eligible for an exchange of the same product style and size, or a refund if unavailable. Please contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au as soon as possible if you believe you have received a faulty item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
