The Work Trouser is Studio Luho’s answer to the everyday tailored pant designed to move easily between the roles you play.

Cut with a high waist and wide leg, the silhouette offers structure without stiffness, and softness without slouch. The hem is intentionally shortened to sit just right no tailoring required.

These aren’t traditional chinos, but they carry the same functionality. Inspired by early utility wear and softened through refined tailoring, The Work Trouser brings a quiet clarity to your wardrobe.

Each pair is made in small batches in Melbourne from midweight cotton twill chosen for its durability, subtle texture, and ease of movement.

Return policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Sale items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Final sale items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • First-order returns: We offer complimentary return shipping on your first Studio Luho order.
  • Subsequent returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty (e.g., a manufacturing defect) or incorrect due to a fulfilment error (e.g., wrong size or style sent), we will cover return shipping costs. Please note: Variations in colour due to screen displays or sizing/fit issues do not qualify as incorrect orders.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure your item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the item is deemed faulty. For change of size or colour, please follow the standard returns process and place a new order for your preferred item. If your original purchase was your first Studio Luho order, return shipping remains complimentary. For any questions, contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au.

Faulty Items

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Items damaged due to regular wear and tear or improper care are not considered faulty. Faulty items are eligible for an exchange of the same product style and size, or a refund if unavailable. Please contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au as soon as possible if you believe you have received a faulty item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

Studio Luho currently ships within Australia and New Zealand.

Australia
  • Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for orders under $250
  • Free Standard Shipping: For all orders $250 and over
  • Express Shipping (optional upgrade): $22 flat rate, available at checkout
New Zealand
  • Standard Shipping: $26 flat rate for orders under $350AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping: For all orders $350AUD and over

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it has been dispatched.

We process orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Australia: 2–5 days metro / 3–7 days regional (Express: 1–2 days)
  • New Zealand: 5-10+ business days

We pack with care and dispatch quickly to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible.

Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
