Shipping & Returns Policy

At Studio Luho, we take great care in preparing your order for its journey to you. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days via Australia Post. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Shipping within Australia

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $150.

For all other orders, we provide two flat-rate options for shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10

    • Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days for metro areas and 3–7 business days for regional areas.

  • Express Shipping: $15

    • Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days for metro areas.


International Shipping

We currently offer flat-rate standard shipping to New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

  • New Zealand: $26

    • Estimated delivery is 6–27 business days.

  • Canada & UK: $40

    • Estimated delivery is typically 6–27 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Important Note on International Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Studio Luho is not responsible for these charges. These fees are determined by the local customs authority and are the full responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.


Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any full-priced items.

Australian Returns

  • First-Order Returns: Enjoy complimentary return shipping on your first Studio Luho order—our way of helping you try us with ease.

  • Subsequent Returns: For all other orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

International Returns (New Zealand, USA, Canada & UK)

We accept returns on full-priced items from our international customers within the 14-day return window.

Please note that for all international returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a reliable, tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

General Conditions for All Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

  • How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
