Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order isn't quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any full-priced item.
Australian Returns
First-order returns: Complimentary return shipping on your first Studio Luho order, our way of helping you shop with ease.
Subsequent returns: For all other orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns — New Zealand, Canada & UK
We accept returns on full-priced items within the 14-day return window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Original shipping fees and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Archive items: All products in the Archive are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges on faulty items only. For a size or colour change on a full-priced item, follow the standard return process for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect or we've sent the wrong size or style, we'll cover all associated shipping costs. Contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au as soon as possible with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
