Pre-orders

Sometimes we will offer our products on a pre-ordering system which allows the customer to purchase an item through our website before the new collection has launched. When an item is on pre-order it will state the approximate delivery date in the product description, if any issues arise the customer will be contacted.

Pricing

The price for products, delivery and other charges shown are in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable and unless specified otherwise. The price for Products are subject to change without notice at Studio Luho's sole discretion.

Order Tracking

Studio Luho ships all product via Australia Post with a registered tracking number. Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the time specified, and we will track your order.

Order Amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address

  • Changes to colours and sizes

  • Adding or removing items

  • Applying discounts

  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
