14 Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our 14-day return policy applies to full-priced and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning an item. If your return is accepted, you will need to pack your item/s in suitable packaging to get it back in good condition. Purchasing shipping insurance and/or using a trackable shipping service would help ensure your item/s get back to us safely. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change Of Mind

We do not offer returns if you change your mind. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/colour), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. If you have any questions or issues email us at for any shipping or returns queries. 


We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for an exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at as soon as possible, so we can make it right.
