You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our 14-day return policy applies to full-priced and sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning an item. If your return is accepted, you will need to pack your item/s in suitable packaging to get it back in good condition. Purchasing shipping insurance and/or using a trackable shipping service would help ensure your item/s get back to us safely. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer returns if you change your mind. We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change size/colour), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new item. Faulty

Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for an exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hey@studioluho.com.au as soon as possible, so we can make it right.

All parcels will be shipped in standard satchel via Australia Post. If you need something shipped express, please contact us.

We will send a confirmation email after payment is made. We process your order within 2-3 business days. If your order is placed on a public holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day. Once we send your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are displayed and processed in AUD. We offer $35AUD flat rate international shipping fee. When your order reaches it's destination, Studio Luho does not have any authority or control on any customs duties or import tax charged. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
