Pre-Orders

Every Studio Luho collection is made in small batches by local makers. Pre-ordering lets you reserve a piece before it lands, so we can cut and sew to real demand rather than overproduce. It is the most considered way to buy from us, and it helps keep waste out of the process.

How it works

When a piece is available to pre-order, it will be marked as such on the product page, along with the approximate delivery window. You pay at checkout, we hold your size, and your order ships once the collection arrives with us.

Shipping your order

If your order includes a pre-order piece, the whole order is held and shipped together once the pre-order stock is ready. If you would like your in-stock pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Timing

Delivery windows are our best estimate based on the production run. Small-batch making sometimes shifts by a week or two. If anything changes on our end, we will contact you directly rather than leave you guessing.

Order Amendments

We are happy to accommodate amendments to your order. These include changes to size, colour, item selection, or delivery address provided your request is received before the order has been dispatched.

Please note that for security and processing reasons, we cannot alter billing addresses or apply discount codes post-payment. Should you require these specific changes, our team will cancel and refund your original order, allowing you to securely place a new order with the correct details.
